Avelia is not responsible for carriers delivering items to the incorrect address. Our shipments are delivered directly to the requested address of the customer as it was formatted in the order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel the order because our shipment process starts right away,we cannot modify the shipment address.Customer is responsible for shipping cost for sending returns.
